Board Rates
Full Care Board $375
- Stall cleaned daily, fresh bedding added as needed
- Turn-out (Day turn-out in winter, Night turn-out in summer)
- Twice daily feedings (Additional feeding can be arranged if necessary)
- Quality hay free from dust and mold
- Individualized nutrition program featuring Purina Ultium Performance Horse Feed (Any other Purina feed can be substituted for horses requiring different nutritional needs)
- Free choice salt
- Feed and water buckets scrubbed weekly
- Blanketing services at no extra charge
- Light grooming if needed at no extra charge
- Hooves picked out daily at no extra charge
- Use of facilities
- Horse Trailer Parking
- Feeding of supplements at no extra charge (Supplements must be provided by owner)
- Deworming (Every two months, 3-way rotation) at no extra charge

Training and Lesson Rates
Full Training with Full Care Board $775
- Horse ridden 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
Full Training with Pasture Care Board $575
- Horse ridden 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
Partial Training with Full Care Board $575
- Horse ridden 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Partial Training with Pasture Care Board $375

Dressage Lessons $35
- 45 minute lesson

Services and Fees
Tack Cleaning
All leather items cleaned with Belvoir Leather Cleaner and Conditioner.
- Snaffle Bridle $10
- Full Bridle $15

Laundry Services
Fees apply to winter-type blankets only. All other laundered items are washed free of charge.- All winter blankets, sheets, and turn-outs $25 each
Additional Care Fee
Any services performed by Hiwassee Equestrian Center staff for your horse’s medical needs will be charged. You may perform any medical needs or procedures yourself if you do not wish to be charged.
- Hand-walking (30 minutes twice daily) $15
- Administering medications (other than feed-thru medications) $5 per dose
- Changing Bandadges $15
- Cold Hosing (30 minutes twice daily) $15
- Icing (15 minutes twice daily) $15
- Additional Bedding $5 per load
- Additional Hay $6.50 per bale
